Table Setup:

Includes placement of Linens and Place Settings ONLY. Placement of centerpieces will cost extra. Prices will be determined by items being used and if centerpieces must be built on-site. Delivery & Pickup Fees are separate. Delivery & pickup Fees are based off the number of items being delivered, item type, event location/mileage, and load-in & out accessibility.

Small Holiday & Dinner Party Tablescapes:

Includes 10-piece place setting per guest with a linen napkin, tablecloth, or runner, along with centerpiece décor. Includes full set-up.

12 PPL - $150 24 PPL - $300 36 PPL - $450

Bussing Tables/Clean-up:

Up to 200 Guests - $20/hour

200+ Guests - $25/hour

Month Of Coordinator:

This package is perfect for clients looking for someone to help manage their weekend of activities, vendors, & guests.

Everything Included:

Consultation Meeting
Previewing the venue/ wedding and reception site
Create Day-of Itinerary
Help with rehearsal direction
Help organize and space the processional line-up
Greet guests or instruct ushers on the best way to greet and seat
Help pin on boutonnières and corsages
Gathering up and distributing the ceremony items at the ceremony site

Make sure set-up and décor for ceremony and reception is as requested
Serve as the point person for vendors & guests
Verify things like favors and place cards receive proper placement
Light the candles/lighting control
Confirm set up of the guest book, gift table, cake table, and rentals
Direct events to keep the wedding flowing smoothly and on schedule
Assist with guest management

Respond to any last-minute emergencies or changes
Manage and oversee events on the day of, including problem-solving, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and organizing vendors.
Help with Clean-up/ load out at end of event
Adhere to venue/event space clean-up guidelines

Package Price: $1,500.00

Rehearsal Dinner design & setup to seat up to 50 guests
Centerpiece decor valued up to $20/per table
Serve as the point person for vendors & guests
Manage and oversee events on the day of, including problem-solving, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and organizing vendors.
Respond to any last-minute emergencies or changes
Bussing of Tables
Help with Clean-up/ load out at end of the event
Adhere to venue/event space clean-up guidelines
